Isometric Video Games - A Comprehensive Compilation (1981-2023)
Переглядів 21 тис.2 роки тому
An exhaustive list showing the entire history of isometric games. Ever since playing Fairlight as a kid, on the ZX Spectrum, I've been fascinated with isometric graphics, they all look like eye-candy to me and have been a feature of some of the best games ever made, like Little Big Adventure, Super Mario RPG, Diablo, Final Fantasy Tactics, Breath of Fire III, Fallout, Baldur's Gate, Planescape ...

Kali Yuga (2021) - short film
Переглядів 1,5 тис.3 роки тому
A 'one-man film', about a therapist under lockdown, correlated with the Hindu concept of 'Kali Yuga' - the last age of the Universe, where things decline and entropy prevails. It's meant to depict how artistic expression itself is in spiritual decline in the modern age. I wanted it to be a showcase of all my talents combined - writing, drawing, whistling, filming, directing, acting, philosophy,...

Borat in Romania
Переглядів 447 тис.14 років тому
Edit: This video has so many dislikes because Romania is a nationalistic country and thinks Sacha Baron Cohen somehow hurt the reputation of the country by filming here. Sacha Baron Cohen, as his alter ego Borat, filmed in Romania not only for the 2006 film "Borat", but also for his British show "Da Ali G Show", prior to 2000. He claims this is his homeland of Kazakhstan (in fiction).

The Salk thing killed me. 😂😂😂😂
hahaaa the Clinton joke was amaze.
isometric maps looks bigger... and its like a mystery because you cant see the horizon
high brow comedy is still funny, but I didnt pee my pants....
4:20 - I always think of this joke when I've got a fever! 🤣
Instead of a movie about pop tarts, they could have just filmed Larry and Jerry complaining to each other for 2 hours and it would have been enormously funnier. 😊
Im in love with Larry David 😁
what a genius man! ❤
So Larry David has been 65 for like 30 years...or something.
Seinfeld would be nothing.
This was painful to watch. I am glad he stuck to writing comedy.
*The GOAT. Seinfeld's mentor equals GOAT status amongst everyone.*
No wonder Jerry asked Larry David to make the show with him. He is hilarious
I bought a game from Bookman's when I was 11 years old, a great age to be interested in barely-dressed people and also be unmedicated. I hated the game, it was unlike anything I've ever seen and was difficult to wrap my tiny brain around. Now, 20 years later, I have only a vague memory of the fantastical box art and a mental snapshot of some dumpy guy wielding a cudgel in a grassy field. I hope it's here and that I can recognize it so I can give it a second chance.
I always wanted to hit $10 million dollars
This dude doesn’t age man Larry don’t crack
Thanks, a nice list (and many games I never heard about))) But some of these -- are not "isometric". For example, Settlers. And most of racing games...
george costanza got jokes
Wow this was like a breath of fresh air
I like the bit about the single guy in communist China. "I like that better, I mean where the hell am *I* going?"
at least a video with isometric that is real isometric, and not 3D with camera on top
Wish i knew this existed before. One of my favourite comedians talking about one of my favourite actors in one of my favourite films. Wonderful. Bit late to the party, but thanks. 👊
Larry's pants are a perfect microcosm of 23 years of progress
The opening line in the Jonas Salk bit is truly genius.
There's a historical marker in the parking lot of a taco bell that used to be Jonas Salk's house, prior to being a Taco Bell it was a Burger King.
The man with 2 first names
Hasn't aged a day
Gold.
Did he write some of the stand up bits in Seinfeld too or was it just Jerry? Because as much as i loved the show the stand up was lame a lot of the times.
One theory is that they made Jerry's standup kinda lame on purpose. More likely it was the best they could write that was acceptable for network television.
I did not hear one thing that was funny. If I met him with my mega hat I would tell him not to quit his day job.
Jack Torrence knocks out Jake Lamotta
Jason Alexander never tried to act as Larry like most ppl say. Yes many but nowhere near all writing was based on Larry for Jason’s character but ppl like putting it together, it’s just not true.
having never seen an episode of curb (tho i definitely want to watch it now) i am mind blown as i just now in this moment realized larry voiced george steinbrenner
Delivery makes it unlistenable
1:30 of music at the start
Seinfeld and Curb. He’s a genius.
This man was always old an bold 😆
Larry puts the sit down in stand-up
Guy is about as funny as puppy cancer
😂
Nicholson is so much better than DeNiro
His jokes are better in a sitcom setting
Wheres the funny?
How anyone finds this funny is crazy
😜
Damn that sucked
Wow he even looked homeless on stage…what a guy
Meh, I didn't laugh not even once, is he really that good or is it a generational thing 🤔
just the funniest man ever
The masterbation while sick thing could be a rejected Seinfeld script
He looks and sounds like a stand up but nothing he says is funny. But the performance is enough to convince people he's doing the job properly
Larry David was funnier in these few minutes than Jerry Seinfeld was in his whole standup career.
Really? I mean....this is a little weak and formulaic. No wondert Larry gave it up.
